1 c chopped broccoli
2 c lentil sprouts
5 chopped sundried tomatoes
2 chopped scallions
10 chiffonade of basil leaves
10 chiffonade of lemon balm leaves
(or 1 t lemon zest)
1/2 c toasted sunflower seeds
Toss with:
3 T balsamic vinegar
3 T olive oil
A grind of each
Salt
Pepper
